On January 1, 2015, Child Support Enforcement (CSE) will stop depositing child support payments to custodial parent's Chase Debit Card accounts. Beginning July 1, 2014, CSE is sending letters to all existing Chase Debit Card holders requesting they make arrangements to have their child support payments deposited into a checking or savings account or a prepaid (reloadable) debit card obtained by the custodial parent. It is important for custodial parents to respond promptly to the letter to prevent any unnecessary delays in receiving their child support payments. Custodial parents should contact their local child support office if they have additional questions.
